Because of the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at www.loveheradornments.com/contact. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.
