At LH Wellness, our yoga sessions are a soft landing for people who are exhausted, overextended, and just beginning to prioritize themselves again. These are not fitness classes, they’re healing experiences, intentionally designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and nourishing.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or easing your way back into movement, you’ll be guided with care, compassion, and zero pressure.

Guided intention-setting and mindfulness
A gentle pace that honors your energy
You can choose a private 1-on-1 session for personalized support, or join a small, cozy group to move in community. Every session is trauma-informed, beginner-friendly, and rooted in deep self-care.
